Drill Setup
- Create a 30x30 yard grid.
- Place a 5x5 yard grid in each corner of the larger grid.
- Split the team into four groups.
- Each group begins in one of the four smaller corner grids.
- Each player has a ball.
Drill Instructions
- Players should start by dribbling freely among their small corner grid.
- The coach will yell two colors: "yellow/green" and "red/blue."
- Players dribble as quickly as possible to switch corners with the colors called by the coach.
- The grid will quickly become congested, so players must keep their heads up to avoid collisions.
- Players must then stop the ball inside the grid and stand with their foot on the ball.
- Once all players are in the grid, the coach instructs players to start dribbling again in their small corner grid before calling out two new colors to switch.
